Welcome to Offshore Boats NZ. When we cruise passed people at 30knts in comfort, that’s what sells our boats. There is only one word on the other boat owners mind “OFFSHORE”. Just because it’s made of alloy, doesn’t mean it can’t look and ride amazingly well. We are “DRIVEN BY PERFORMANCE” ON and OFF the water. Ride was the single focus of Jonathon Barlow when he set out to design the Offshore NZ range. In the boating world we all know plate boats are known for a rough, bouncy ride usually not living up to their Fiberglass counterparts. This was the challenge embraced when the Offshore NZ team embarked on the design process of a high performance, balance plate boat.
Designed, developed and manufactured in New Zealand by Northland Marine Co the Offshore range of plate boats are built with no compromises or limitations. The unique 8mm plate alloy hull and overall hull design delivers a plate boat ride like no other – you could be forgiven for thinking you were on a glass boat the ride is so smooth.
